Accounting Clerk (RH2018-022)
 
 
Responsabilities
As part of the Finance and Administration team, the Accounting Clerk's main responsibilities are to:
  • Collect and validate data in order to complete billing activities.
  • Prepare and enter data into the accounting system.
  • Prepare management analysis reports with Excel.
  • Research and analyse data in order to answer information requests.
  • Support the Finance and Administration team.

 

Qualifications

  • DEC in accounting/finance, or similar degree.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of an accounting and management software (ex.: ACOMBA) is considered an asset.
  • Excellent abilities in using MS Office Suite, especially Excel.


Other Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written abilities in French and English.
  • Fast typing skills and accuracy in data entry (words and numbers).
  • Strong communications skills
  • Great attention to details, rigor, and dynamism.
  • Professionalism, versatility, abitliy to work in a team, and autonomy. 
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is an asset.
