CIRION BioPharma Research is looking for an Operations Clerk (Delivery Driver) to manage inventory shipments to assist the Operations Supervisor in maintaining various operational tasks.
Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, duties will generally include the following.
Responsabilities

Transport (deliveries and pick-ups) of light parcels within the metropolitan area;

Help take out waste (regular and preparation of biomedical waste) according to industry standards;

Support the maintenance team, at all times, in the cleanliness of laboratories and other office areas;

Receive and distribute items ordered from suppliers, taking inventory of said items;

Receive equipment and update inventory (fixed assets);

Inform employees of incoming packages;

Receive gas cylinders (miscellaneous);

Receive, ship and fill liquid nitrogen cylinders;

Assist in shipping inventories, specimens and documentation to clinical study sites;
-
Prepare collection kits and supplies;
o Prepare manuals;
o Photocopying;
o Filing;

In conjunction with the Archivist and/or his/her delegate:
o File archival boxes;
o Manage archival box shipments;
o Destroy archives
Qualifications
- High school diploma (minimum). A college diploma is an asset;
- Communication skills in French and English, both verbally and in writing is an asset;
- Team oriented and good communication skills;
- Pertinent work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in an contract research organization (CRO) would be an asset;
- Able to manage priorities and more than one task at a time.
